As a Business Development Representative, you'll play a key role in identifying sales opportunities, handling inbound and outbound calls, and supporting the broader sales team with qualified leads. Accountabilities:
- Handle inbound inquiries and generate qualified leads for Account Executives through outbound prospecting.
- Promote and drive attendance to webinars, trade shows, and industry events.
- Manage and update lead records in Salesforce, tracking progress through the sales funnel.
- Conduct 65–85 calls per day with a goal of 15 meaningful conversations and at least 7 scheduled sales opportunities.
- Collaborate regularly with Account Executives to align on outreach strategy and prospect targeting.
- Connect dental practice needs with appropriate solutions and deliver value-driven insights.
- Use provided tools and self-research to build targeted outreach lists.
- Create business plans to support monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Participate in special initiatives such as partner events and support lead follow-up.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and workplace standards.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably B2B.
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proven ability to manage high volumes of outreach and lead qualification.
- Self-starter mindset with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience in the dental industry or working with software solutions is preferred.
- Previous experience in a quota-carrying or customer service role is a bonus.

- Base salary range of $40,000 to $45,000 with On Target Earnings between $70,000 and $75,000.
