PRIORITY, one of the largest and fastest growing Management and IT consulting firms in Greece, is currently seeking a Business Process Consultant to join our team on a project for public sector.
Responsibilities:
The Business Process Consultant will be responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and transforming business processes across various sectors. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting detailed assessments of current business processes and identifying areas for improvement.
- Designing and implementing efficient business processes that align with organizational goals.
- Support the adoption of digital transformation tools (e.g., ERP, RPA) within financial operations
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Developing process documentation, including flowcharts, manuals, and reports.
- Monitoring and measuring the performance of implemented processes using relevant metrics.
- Providing recommendations for continuous improvement based on data analysis.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Process Consultant or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of business process modeling and methodologies.
- Experience with process improvement tools and techniques (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) is preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Fluency in Greek and English, both spoken and written.
- Proficiency in process mapping tools and software.
