PRIORITY, one of the largest and fastest growing Management and IT consulting firms in Greece, is presently seeking a highly skilled Project Manager for the banking sector on behalf of a prestigious client. The ideal candidate will spearhead various projects that drive technological advancements and improve operational efficiency within the banking domain.

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring adherence to schedule and budget. This role requires exceptional leadership and communication skills to coordinate cross-functional teams and guide them towards project success.

Key Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of the Project Manager include:

  • Planning and defining project scopes, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Managing project timelines, budgets, resources, and risks effectively.
  • Leading project teams and ensuring communication, collaboration, and productivity.
  • Monitoring project progress and making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
  • Preparing and delivering regular project reports, presentations, and updates to stakeholders.
  • Facilitating meetings to gather requirements, discuss progress, and resolve issues.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards, processes, and regulations.
  • Implementing project management best practices and continuously improving processes.
  • Reporting and preparing presentation on progress and documenting all aspects of a specific set of projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager within the banking or financial services sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to closure.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on results and solutions.
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Greek is an advantage.
