Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager with 17 to 20 years of experience in Business Relationship Management. The ideal candidate will excel in managing client relationships and have a strong understanding of the Process Manufacturing Industry. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can work effectively during day shifts without the need for travel.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance client engagement and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with business objectives.
  • Analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
  • Provide expert advice on Business Relationship Management to optimize client interactions.
  • Coordinate with the Process Manufacturing Industry experts to tailor solutions for clients.
  • Ensure timely resolution of client issues by liaising with relevant departments.
  • Monitor industry trends to anticipate client needs and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Facilitate communication between clients and the company to foster transparency.
  • Prepare and present reports on client relationship metrics to senior management.
  • Oversee the development of client-focused initiatives to drive business growth.
  • Lead training sessions for team members on best practices in client relationship management.
  • Utilize data analytics to enhance client relationship strategies and outcomes.


Qualifications

  • Possess extensive experience in Business Relationship Management demonstrating a track record of successful client interactions.
  • Have a strong understanding of the Process Manufacturing Industry which is considered a valuable asset.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage client relationships.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model adapting to both in-office and remote environments.
  • Show proficiency in data analysis to inform strategic decision-making in client management.
  • Display a proactive approach to identifying and addressing client needs and concerns.
  • Maintain a high level of organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
