As a Client Reporting - Division Manager at Sustainable Energy First, you will lead the Client Reporting team to deliver high quality reporting & insight across our client base.

Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Team Management and development - Managing the client reporting team, ensuring they are motivated and delivering high quality work.
  • Preparation and Analysis of Client Reporting - Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely client reports.
  • Efficiency improvements in client reporting processes - Identify ways to enhance client reporting efficiency and accuracy.
  • Team collaborations - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, internal teams and suppliers.
  • Risk Mitigation – Pre-empt risk and take factors to mitigate (key person dependencies, resource, process compliance)
  • Positive work culture – Work to build & maintain a positive work culture in the team, and sponsor it in the department ensuring high morale and collaboration across teams.

 

You will play a key role in ensuring that Sustainable Energy First deliver a high-quality service to our customers and create a supportive working environment & positive culture for your team.

Requirements

  • Strong leadership skills. You will operate in line with Sustainable Energy First company values always demonstrating excellent leadership with effective team management.  Ensuring collaboration is a key focus in the team in order to ensure continuous delivery & support
  • Strong problem solving skills, with the ability to adapt to evolving business needs
  • Expertise in client reporting, this includes but not limited to budget reporting, accrual reporting, forecasts and recharge production
  • Strong knowledge of the Energy Industry and keeping up to date with industry changes
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting complex data / information to clients
  • You need to be a self-starter, be able to work independently & as part of a team, and be in control of scheduled delivery. This will be needed to plan, deliver, and track delivery
  • An expert in planning, tracking, prioritising, and tracking the completion of delivery.  This includes mitigating the risk to delays through collaboration and stressing accountability and transparency.
