This role is a key opportunity to lead and manage large-scale client relationships with Fortune 500 companies, driving adoption, engagement, and long-term retention of mental health benefit solutions. You will serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner, collaborating closely with senior HR leaders and business executives. With a strong focus on data-driven insights and consultative guidance, you will influence client success and contribute to continuous product and service improvements. This position offers a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your impact directly supports millions on their mental health journeys.

Accountabilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for high-priority clients.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders such as Benefit Managers, HR Executives, and external consultants.
  • Partner with clients to develop and execute customized program strategies aligned with their broader benefits offerings.
  • Utilize data and analytics to provide actionable insights, inform strategic decisions, and drive engagement metrics.
  • Convert clients into advocates by showcasing success stories and enabling reference opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Sales, and Clinical Care teams to ensure successful client onboarding and platform adoption.
  • Drive revenue growth through retention, renewals, and expansion opportunities by anticipating and addressing client needs.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience managing client relationships or selling to HR leaders within B2B tech; experience in employer benefits or healthcare sectors is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex accounts autonomously and strategically, engaging executive sponsors and senior personnel.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with experience leading high-visibility projects.
  • Problem-solving mindset with meticulous attention to detail and a passion for building scalable processes.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing account strategies to maximize customer value and revenue growth.
  • Skilled in objection handling, negotiation, and proactive resolution of client concerns.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments with a strong sense of urgency and initiative.
  • Highly coachable with the ability to give and receive candid feedback effectively.
  • Intellectual curiosity and quick adaptability to new tools, concepts, and best practices.
  • Deep understanding of client business landscapes to advocate effectively and drive referrals.
