What You'll Do

  • Design and deploy scalable cloud infrastructure and manage network configurations that support our SaaS offerings.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot network issues to provide a seamless experience for our clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and enhance system capabilities.
  • Implement robust security protocols to protect our cloud infrastructure and sensitive data.
  • Document network configurations, cloud architecture, and processes to ensure clear communication within the team.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by researching emerging technologies and tools that could benefit our network design and performance.

Requirements

  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience with cloud services, preferably AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Strong understanding of network protocols, firewalls, and VPN technologies.
  • Proficient in scripting and automation tools to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex network issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude to work with diverse teams.
  • Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and adapt to new technologies.
