What You'll Do
- Design and deploy scalable cloud infrastructure and manage network configurations that support our SaaS offerings.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot network issues to provide a seamless experience for our clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and enhance system capabilities.
- Implement robust security protocols to protect our cloud infrastructure and sensitive data.
- Document network configurations, cloud architecture, and processes to ensure clear communication within the team.
- Stay ahead of the curve by researching emerging technologies and tools that could benefit our network design and performance.
Requirements
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience with cloud services, preferably AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Strong understanding of network protocols, firewalls, and VPN technologies.
- Proficient in scripting and automation tools to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex network issues and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude to work with diverse teams.
- Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and adapt to new technologies.
