Your Role
- Design and implement test plans, test cases, and test scripts for our software applications.
- Perform functional, regression, and performance testing to identify bugs and ensure quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand product features and give valuable feedback throughout the development lifecycle.
- Utilize automation testing tools to optimize testing processes where applicable.
- Analyze testing results, document defects clearly, and work closely with the team to resolve issues.
- Contribute to continual improvement initiatives to enhance our QA processes and methodologies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging testing tools to keep our strategies fresh and effective.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience as a QA Tester or in a similar role, with a solid understanding of testing methodologies.
- Proficiency in writing clear, concise test cases and the ability to execute them efficiently.
- Familiarity with automated testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium or JUnit.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to identify anomalies in software behavior.
- A collaborative mindset and exceptional communication skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Curiosity and a proactive approach to problem-solving and learning new technologies.
