Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the accounting function including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
- Oversee the annual budgeting process and monitor performance against the budget.
- Coordinate audits and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance financial integrity and operational efficiency.
- Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to executive management.
- Mentor and develop the finance team to promote professional growth and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems; experience with financial modeling preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor a team while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
