Role Title CSI Manager

Location: Hartford - CT

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Should have 3 to 5 years of Exp in Service Management & Project Management with a focus on multiple stakeholder management.

· Good in Tracking SLA & KPI and periodic reporting to Sr.Management.

· Should have at least 3 years of exp in Customer facing roles in past.

· Must have exposure on ITSM tool (ServiceNow) & with knowledge on Incident Ticket lifecycle.

· Capable to collaborate the Teams and client.

· Excellent communication skills.

Required Skills: Service Management, Team Management, Root Cause Analysis

The annual salary for this position is between $ 63,000 - $85,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
