We are looking for a qualified applicant to be our Customer Service and Administrative Services Coordinator.

Job Responsibilities:

Administration:

  • Manage multi-line VoIP Telephone System
  • Greet customers and vendors
  • Office Supply inventory and management
  • Data base management

-ACT! CRM

-Cyclone Collection Software
-Recovernet
-Data importing/Exporting
-Data entry

  • Bankruptcy certification and management
  • Credit Bureau management

-E-Oscar

  • Fax distribution and management
  • New account processing

-“Waterfall”

-Statement processing

  • Mail return
  • Bookkeeping

-Payment posting

-Month end balancing and trust accounting

  • Paralegal tasks

-Suit authorization process

-Documentation procurement and management

Customer Service:

  • Quarterly customer service audit
  • Client response

-Respond to phone call

-Voicemails

-Emails

  • Maintain contact with current clients and tend to customer service needs as necessary

Requirements

Job Requirements:

- Be a creative, positive, and motivated person

- Be able to complete administrative tasks

- Be a self starter and a team player

- Be able to manage multiple projects at once

- Have at least one year of customer service experience

- Have an advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
