Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the customer shopping experience.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns by identifying the issue and offering appropriate solutions.
  • Assist customers with product selection and provide detailed product information to facilitate decision-making.
  • Process transactions efficiently and accurately, including handling cash and operating the register.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including restocking shelves and merchandise as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize store efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
  • Proven experience in customer service or retail environment is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
