About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our friendly and collaborative team in Truganina.
You’ll be the first point of contact for customers — managing enquiries, processing orders, and providing exceptional service at every step.

This is a full-time, on-site role working Monday to Friday, ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and working as part of a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming phone, email, and online enquiries in a professional, friendly manner.
• Accurately and efficiently process customer orders.
• Assist customers with product information, order updates, and general enquiries.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and prompt resolution of issues.
• Identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell relevant products to customers.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a wholesale, manufacturing, or B2B setting.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
• A positive, proactive, and solutions-focused mindset.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and customer/order management systems.
