Accountabilities:

  • Respond to incoming calls in a timely, courteous, and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently by researching and delivering accurate information.
  • Document call interactions clearly and precisely.
  • Display empathy, patience, and professionalism throughout each customer interaction.
  • Achieve quality and satisfaction targets consistently.
  • Participate in paid training and ongoing coaching to stay aligned with service standards.
  • Contribute positively to a team-oriented call center environment.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Familiarity with computer systems and ability to multitask across applications.
  • Minimum typing speed of 25 WPM.
  • Must be 18 years or older with stable employment history (1 year at one job preferred).
  • Reliable high-speed internet (wired connection) with at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload.
  • Quiet and private workspace for remote work.
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
  • Previous experience in healthcare support is a plus.
  • Must reside within commuting distance of El Paso, TX, for in-person interview and training.
