  • Assist passengers with flight inquiries, bookings, cancellations, and modifications.
  • Efficiently address and resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on satisfaction.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline services, policies, and industry changes to provide accurate guidance.
  • Document all customer interactions neatly and thoroughly in the CRM system.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to improve the overall customer experience.
  • Participate in continuous training to enhance skills and product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Danish and English, showcasing excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably within the airline or tourism industry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on resolving issues efficiently.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
