Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support to Danish-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist passengers with flight inquiries, bookings, cancellations, and modifications.
- Efficiently address and resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline services, policies, and industry changes to provide accurate guidance.
- Document all customer interactions neatly and thoroughly in the CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with other teams to improve the overall customer experience.
- Participate in continuous training to enhance skills and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Fluent in Danish and English, showcasing excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in customer service, preferably within the airline or tourism industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on resolving issues efficiently.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with customer service software and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
