Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support to Swedish-speaking clients regarding their online streaming accounts through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries about subscription plans, content availability, and technical issues.
- Effectively resolve complaints and provide solutions to enhance the customer experience.
- Document customer interactions accurately and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding issues.
- Collaborate with technical teams to quickly resolve complex problems that customers may encounter.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in streaming and new content releases to provide informed recommendations.
- Gather customer feedback to help improve the service and address areas for enhancement.
Requirements
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably within the entertainment or technology sector.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficient in handling customer support software and standard office applications.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A proactive approach to resolving issues and assisting clients.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
