Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service to Danish-speaking customers through live chat, email, and phone communication.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding automotive products, services, and technical support issues.
- Educate and inform customers about product features and benefits to enhance their experience.
- Gather customer feedback and suggestions to help improve services and product offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to effectively address and resolve customer queries.
- Stay informed about the latest automotive trends and new product launches to provide accurate information to customers.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions in the CRM system for tracking purposes.
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish and English, both written and verbal.
- Previous customer service experience, ideally in the automotive sector.
- Strong interest in automotive products and familiarity with the industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in customer service applications along with Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to solve problems effectively and work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
