Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent customer service to Danish-speaking customers through live chat, email, and phone communication.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding automotive products, services, and technical support issues.

  • Gather customer feedback and suggestions to help improve services and product offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to effectively address and resolve customer queries.
  • Stay informed about the latest automotive trends and new product launches to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions in the CRM system for tracking purposes.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Danish and English, both written and verbal.
  • Previous customer service experience, ideally in the automotive sector.
  • Strong interest in automotive products and familiarity with the industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in customer service applications along with Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ability to solve problems effectively and work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
