Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for Danish-speaking customers, providing outstanding service through phone, email, and chat communications.
- Promptly address customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services.
- Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure they are maximizing their investment in our solutions.
- Efficiently resolve customer complaints and issues to enhance their overall experience.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system for continual improvement and follow-up.
- Work collaboratively with internal departments to create opportunities for upselling and improving customer engagement.
- Stay updated on new products and industry trends to offer the best possible guidance to clients.
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service or customer success positions is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Proficient problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude toward resolving customer issues.
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM software and standard office technologies.
