Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer support to Danish-speaking clients across various social media platforms.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product information via direct messages and comments.
  • Engage with the online community to foster positive relationships and brand loyalty.
  • Monitor social media channels for customer feedback and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Document user interactions and ensure accurate record-keeping in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to relay customer suggestions and improve service offerings.
  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends and tools to enhance customer engagement strategies.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably within social media or digital marketing.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on building customer relationships.
  • Technologically savvy with a good understanding of social media platforms and tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and standard office applications.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
