Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support to Danish-speaking clients across various social media platforms.
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product information via direct messages and comments.
- Engage with the online community to foster positive relationships and brand loyalty.
- Monitor social media channels for customer feedback and escalate issues when necessary.
- Document user interactions and ensure accurate record-keeping in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to relay customer suggestions and improve service offerings.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends and tools to enhance customer engagement strategies.
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably within social media or digital marketing.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on building customer relationships.
- Technologically savvy with a good understanding of social media platforms and tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and standard office applications.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
