Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is on the lookout for a Danish Speaking Helpdesk Support Agent to enhance our exceptional support team. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about technology and enjoy helping others. As a Helpdesk Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing outstanding support to our Danish-speaking clients by resolving their technical queries and ensuring a seamless experience.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality helpdesk support to Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot various technical issues related to software, hardware, and applications.
- Accurately record all customer interactions and resolutions in the helpdesk ticketing system.
- Guide clients on optimal product usage while sharing knowledge of features and benefits.
- Work collaboratively with team members to escalate complicated issues as needed.
- Follow up on tickets to ensure a prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Keep abreast of product developments and new technologies to enhance service delivery.
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish and English, both written and verbal, is mandatory.
- Experience in technical support or customer service is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking skills.
- Exceptional communication skills with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with helpdesk software and ticketing systems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
