We are dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our customers, and in this role, you will be a key player in supporting our Danish-speaking clientele as they engage with our marketplace services.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for Danish-speaking customers, providing assistance via phone, email, and live chat.
- Guide customers through the marketplace, addressing inquiries related to products, pricing, and order tracking.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure their resolution to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Document all customer interactions in our CRM system for accurate record-keeping and follow-up.
- Collaborate with other teams to communicate customer insights and enhance service quality.
- Stay informed on marketplace updates, product offerings, and promotional campaigns to provide customers with accurate information.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions, contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior experience in customer service or related roles is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills focused on customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency with digital communication platforms.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- A proactive and self-motivated individual who can work independently as well as collaboratively.
