Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is excited to offer a rewarding opportunity for a Danish Speaking Multilingual Support Representative. This role is designed for individuals who excel in customer service and are fluent in multiple languages, particularly Danish.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent support to clients in Danish and other languages across various platforms including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries, resolve their issues, and provide detailed product information promptly.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and feedback with professionalism and care.
- Accurately log all customer interactions in the CRM system for effective tracking and follow-up.
- Work in collaboration with team members and other departments to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience.
- Participate in ongoing training to keep up-to-date with products/services and enhance customer service skills.
- Proactively suggest improvements for service processes and customer interactions.
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish and at least one additional language (English, Swedish, Norwegian, etc.), both written and spoken.
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with customer support software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Enthusiastic, adaptable, and dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service.
