Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality support to Danish-speaking users through various channels, including email, live chat, and phone, addressing their queries and resolving issues with the platform.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to user accounts and platform functionalities expediently.
- Educate users on navigating the platform and utilizing its features to enhance their experience.
- Carefully document user interactions and solutions in our CRM system to maintain a record of service quality.
- Collaborate with various teams to identify common user issues and recommend improvements to the platform.
- Stay updated on any changes or new features of the platform to provide timely and accurate support.
- Follow up with users to ensure that their issues have been resolved and they are satisfied with the solution.
Requirements
- Fluent in Danish and English, with strong writing and speaking skills.
- Prior experience in customer support or technical assistance, particularly in an online environment.
- Understanding of online platforms and their functionalities.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a dedicated customer service mentality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with CRM software and customer support tools is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
