Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality support to Danish-speaking customers through various social media channels, promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Monitor social media platforms to ensure timely responses to comments, messages, and questions from users.
- Engage proactively with customers to create a positive atmosphere and enhance brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure communications are aligned with the brand's voice and messaging.
- Analyze customer interactions and feedback to identify trends and recommend improvements to services and products.
- Assist in producing engaging and relevant social media content targeted at the Danish-speaking audience.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in social media and customer service best practices to enhance support strategies.
Requirements
- Fluent in Danish and English, possessing excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience in social media support, community management, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms and effective user engagement strategies.
