Responsibilities
- Provide top-notch customer support to Danish-speaking users through email, live chat, and phone, answering their questions regarding the streaming service.
- Troubleshoot and resolve a range of technical issues related to account set-up, streaming quality, and content availability.
- Guide users through platform features and ensure they are informed of best practices to optimize their streaming experience.
- Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Partner with other departments to share user feedback and suggest enhancements to the service.
- Keep updated on the latest platform developments and streaming industry trends to provide informed support.
- Proactively follow up with users to ensure their concerns are fully resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish and English, both spoken and written.
- Experience in customer support or technical assistance, preferably in the streaming or entertainment sector.
- Familiarity with streaming technology and user experience principles.
- Strong analytical skills coupled with an effective problem-solving approach.
- Excellent communication skills focused on delivering high customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of CRM systems or support ticketing tools is an advantage.
- A proactive and independent work ethic in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
