Responsibilities
- Offer excellent technical support to Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Guide customers in utilizing product features and best practices effectively.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
- Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure complete satisfaction with the solutions provided.
- Stay updated on product changes and industry trends to provide relevant and informed support.
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
- Prior experience in technical support or customer service is highly desirable.
- Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer experience.
- Experience with CRM systems and remote support tools is advantageous.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
