As a Tier 1 Support Agent, you will be responsible for offering initial support and ensuring a seamless customer experience.


Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries from Danish-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues, providing effective solutions or escalating issues as necessary.
  • Communicate clear and precise information about our products, services, and policies.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions in the support management system.
  • Guide customers in understanding product features and provide useful tips to enhance their usage.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Keep abreast of company products, updates, and industry trends to effectively support customers.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Danish and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Prior experience in customer service or support roles is advantageous.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
  • Capaable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience with support ticketing systems and CRM tools is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
