This position is tailored for individuals who thrive in customer service and wish to assist our Danish-speaking clients. As a Tier 1 Support Agent, you will be responsible for offering initial support and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries from Danish-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat in a professional and friendly manner.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues, providing effective solutions or escalating issues as necessary.
- Communicate clear and precise information about our products, services, and policies.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions in the support management system.
- Guide customers in understanding product features and provide useful tips to enhance their usage.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and overall customer satisfaction.
- Keep abreast of company products, updates, and industry trends to effectively support customers.
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior experience in customer service or support roles is advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Capaable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with support ticketing systems and CRM tools is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
