As a Travel Support Specialist, you will be vital in aiding Danish-speaking clients with their travel plans and inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Assist Danish-speaking clients with travel-related inquiries and bookings via phone, email, and chat.
- Support clients in making changes to their travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and other arrangements.
- Engage with travel suppliers, airlines, and hotels to resolve any issues that arise during the booking process.
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding travel policies, destination insights, and available services.
- Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions in the CRM to improve service quality.
- Exhibit a high level of professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction at all times.
- Stay updated on travel industry trends to assist clients effectively and knowledgeably.
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish and English, both spoken and written.
- Experience in customer service or the travel industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with travel booking systems and CRM tools is an advantage.
