  • Deliver personalized support to VIP Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat.

  • Efficiently address and resolve complex inquiries and issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions thoroughly for effective follow-up and service enhancement.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client issue resolution.
  • Proactively seek feedback from clients to improve service quality and processes.
  • Stay informed about the latest products and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer support, ideally with VIP customers.
  • Outstanding communication and relationship management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and office software.
  • Proactive and customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
