Data Privacy

Responsibilities & Duties:

· Assist in implementing and maintaining a privacy governance framework to manage data use in compliance with applicable data protection regulations.

· Assist in creating and maintaining privacy related notices, policies, standards, guidelines, and processes.

· Develop, document, and assess appropriate metrics and KPIs of the Data & Data Protection & Privacy program

· Provide advice and guidance to the DPP Team in respect of Data Protection & Privacy

· Provide deep technical privacy guidance, analysis, and feedback to stakeholders.

· Help develop, implement, and manage processes, internal controls relating to privacy frameworks and offer privacy support to Data Protection & Privacy department.

· Collaborate with DPP team in relation to compliance with data protection and privacy laws.

· Liaise with business stakeholders for different tracks like DPIA, RoPA, DSR.

· Manage the team & deliver the deliverables as per the project plan

· Create plan for tracks to be maintained

· Create Presentations and reporting as per customer requirements

· Carry out stand up meetings and status meetings with customer and internal both.

· Assist in developing and administering privacy training and awareness campaigns for various groups within the company.

· Strong client service orientation.

· Ability to prioritize and work to tight deadlines.
