Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Infra. Technology Specialist with expertise in Desktop Management for MAC systems. The ideal candidate will have 12 to 16 years of experience in the Hi-Tech domain. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can manage and optimize desktop environments ensuring seamless operations and contributing to the companies technological advancement.
In this role, you will:
Manage and optimize MAC desktop environments to ensure seamless operations and user satisfaction.
Oversee the deployment and configuration of MAC systems ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for MAC desktop issues minimizing downtime and enhancing productivity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate MAC systems with existing infrastructure promoting efficiency and innovation.
Develop and implement strategies for desktop management focusing on security performance and user experience.
Monitor and analyze system performance identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
Ensure all MAC systems are up to date with the latest software and security patches safeguarding company data.
Document processes and procedures for MAC desktop management facilitate knowledge sharing and consistency.
Train and mentor junior staff on MAC desktop management best practices fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored desktop solutions that drive business success.
Lead initiatives to enhance desktop management processes leveraging new technologies and methodologies.
Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to improve desktop management capabilities and outcomes.
Support the companies mission by ensuring reliable and efficient desktop environments that empower employees.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $91,000 to $123,500 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
