We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer L1 to provide technical assistance to Union Bank of India client.
Location: Sultan Bazar, Main Road, PB No. 146, Koti, Hyderabad
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹16,500 per month
Shift Timing: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturdays Off)
Responsibilities
- Ask targeted questions to diagnose problems
- Guide users with simple, step-by-step instructions
- Conduct remote troubleshooting
- Record technical issues and solutions in logs
- Provide Level 1 desktop support to end-users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve printer-related technical issues.
- Configure, maintain, and support Microsoft Outlook for end-users.
Requirements:
- Candidates with Diploma in Computer, BCA, B.E., and BTech are preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of desktop hardware and software environments.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Desktop Support Engineer, Technical Support Engineer or similar role
- Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments
- Working knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals, like printers and scanners
- Knowledge of network security practices and anti-virus programs
- Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Customer-oriented attitude
- BSc in Computer Science or relevant field
