Role Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and knowledgeable Registered Dietitian to join our multidisciplinary team. The Dietitian will play a vital role in promoting health and preventing or managing chronic diseases through evidence-based nutrition therapy and behavioral change. This role involves one-on-one patient counseling, shared medical appointments, and close collaboration with physicians, health coaches and chefs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive nutrition consultations/assessments and develop individualised diet plans based on lifestyle medicine principles (i.e. wholefood, plant-predominant diet pattern)
  • Provide Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) for patients with chronic conditions such as obesity, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, hypertension, and metabolic syndrome
  • Deliver sharing sessions through shared medical appointments, nutrition workshops, and cooking demonstrations as needed
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to implement dietary plans that support physical activity, stress management, restorative sleep, avoidance of risky substances, and facilitate longterm health behavioral change
  • Support patients in adopting wholefood, plant-predominant dietary patterns and other lifestyle changes
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust nutrition interventions accordingly
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the CMS
  • Collaborate with our F&B Head Chef to:
    1. Provide guidance on health-conscious, therapeutic, and plant-predominant menu options
    2. Review and refine recipes and ingredients to align with lifestyle medicine principles
    3. Develop seasonal and condition-specific menu themes (e.g., heart-healthy, anti-inflammatory, fiber-rich, fermented foods)
  • Stay current on research and developments in lifestyle medicine and nutrition science
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and assist in program development

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from a recognised university
  • Must be a Registered Dietitian with The Singapore Nutrition and Dietetics Association (SNDA) or a recognized overseas registration body (e.g., Dietitians Australia, HCPC UK, CDR USA), with eligibility for local practice and verification
  • For overseas trained Dietitians, you must demonstrate equivalency of qualifications to Singapore standards and provide appropriate documentation (transcripts, course outlines, supervised practice hours)
  • Compliance with the Ministry of Health (MOH) Singapore guidelines for Allied Health Professionals, including any additional institutional credentialing or clearance processes
  • Prior registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) is not required as of current regulations, since dietitians are not yet regulated under AHPC. However, future updates may apply on regulatory developments
  • Minimum 2-3 years of clinical experience preferred, ideally in outpatient, primary care, or lifestyle medicine settings.
  • Experience with or openness to whole-food, plant-predominant nutrition approaches aligned with lifestyle medicine principles.

What We Offer

  • A leadership role in shaping the operational strategy of a global wellness brand
  • Cross-functional collaboration with leaders across medicine, fitness, and hospitality
  • A culture of mindful execution, continuous learning, and meaningful contribution
  • A clear pathway to senior leadership opportunities as we expand regionally
  • A work environment rooted in our CITE promises: Connection, Impact, Trust, Empowerment
