Job Role: Digital Marketing Specialist (004 - 00257)

Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time.

Compensation range: up to 2,000 AUD / Month (Depends on the client assessment)

Contract Type: Independent Contractor Agreement; Full-Time; Remote

Role Overview:

As a Digital Marketing Expert, you’ll develop and implement digital strategies to promote conferences, grow communities, and communicate with stakeholders. You will collaborate with creative, marketing, and client teams to deliver impactful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (email, social, search, etc.)
  • Develop and manage strategies for three separate projects with unique goals and audiences
  • Conduct A/B testing and campaign performance analysis to drive results and improve ROI
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align marketing efforts with project timelines and objectives
  • Manage digital assets including landing pages, email templates, and content calendars
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and recommend actionable insights for campaign improvements

Requirements

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing or relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, ideally in a senior or lead role
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong knowledge of paid media, email marketing, content marketing, and SEO/SEM
  • Hands-on experience with marketing tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment
