This strategic leadership opportunity places you at the heart of enterprise-wide technology operations and cybersecurity. You’ll drive modernization, oversee IT infrastructure and cloud services, and shape security strategies that protect critical systems and data. In close collaboration with cross-functional teams, you’ll lead innovation and ensure regulatory compliance, while mentoring high-performing technical teams. Accountabilities:
- Lead enterprise IT infrastructure and cloud operations, ensuring system reliability, modernization, and efficient deployment processes.
- Develop and maintain a robust security architecture, implementing secure coding standards, encryption protocols, and access controls.
- Oversee governance and compliance initiatives, aligning internal policies with frameworks such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001.
- Manage vulnerability scanning tools (SAST/DAST) and oversee remediation workflows.
- Conduct vendor security reviews and third-party risk assessments.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership to align technology strategies with business objectives.
- Mentor and manage cross-functional teams, including network, DevOps, and security professionals.
- Champion continuous improvement and stay ahead of emerging cybersecurity threats and technologies.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in IT operations, infrastructure, and cybersecurity leadership.
- Deep knowledge of enterprise architecture, cloud platforms, secure development practices, and modern deployment pipelines.
- Familiarity with compliance and risk frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001); relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM) preferred.
- Skilled in managing large technical teams and fostering collaboration across departments.
- Proficient in governance tools and technologies, including vulnerability management solutions like SonarQube or Rapid7.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
