This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of Prospere Companies. We are currently looking for a Director of Sales – Accountability & Training in Colorado (USA), Nevada (USA), and Texas (USA).

This leadership role is designed for a results-driven professional passionate about driving sales excellence through accountability and targeted training. You will oversee sales operations across multiple states, aligning daily activities with company-wide revenue goals while fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture. The position requires a strategic coach and skilled manager who can empower brokers, optimize CRM use, and implement data-driven performance tracking. Ideal candidates will thrive in dynamic, multi-office environments, driving both individual and organizational growth through structured coaching and continuous improvement.

Accountabilities:

  • Develop and deliver a comprehensive sales training curriculum, including live sessions, recorded materials, and self-service options.
  • Lead weekly accountability meetings, roleplays, and call reviews to maintain high sales standards.
  • Manage CRM usage, ensuring pipeline hygiene, task adherence, and accurate reporting.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators such as outreach activity, consultations booked, listings signed, and buyers added.
  • Conduct 1:1 coaching sessions with brokers to boost performance and facilitate growth.
  • Drive cross-selling initiatives and support brokers in developing niche expertise and personal branding.
  • Participate in recruiting and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
  • Organize sales contests and incentive programs to motivate the team and celebrate achievements.
  • Collect market intelligence and collaborate with marketing and leadership to refine sales messaging and strategies.
  • Foster a collaborative, performance-driven culture and advocate for brokers within leadership discussions.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales management or training within industries such as business brokerage, M&A, real estate, consulting, insurance, or related transactional services.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience hiring, managing, and, when necessary, terminating team members.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and operational dashboards; HubSpot experience is a plus.
  • Strong project management and communication abilities, with excellent follow-through on commitments.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism concerning client confidentiality.
