Dynamics 365 CRM Solution Architect

Cognizant is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Architect for a full-time remote opportunity. The candidate must be located in the US and must have valid US work authorization. We are unable to offer visa sponsorship.

The salary range for this role is between $137,000 and $161,000 depending on the skills and experience of the candidate.

The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Architect will have 10 to 15 years of experience with expertise in Power Pages, Dynamics 365 and Dynamics 365-Customer Service. Experience in Supply Chain Management and Consumer Goods is a plus. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on innovative cloud solutions that drive business success.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement cloud solutions using Power Pages and Dynamics 365 to enhance business processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Dynamics 365-Customer Service into existing systems.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for cloud architecture.
• Ensure the scalability and security of cloud solutions to meet organizational needs.
• Optimize cloud infrastructure for performance and cost-efficiency.
• Provide technical guidance and support to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular assessments of cloud architecture to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain documentation for cloud architecture and processes.
• Stay updated with the latest cloud technologies and industry trends to ensure best practices.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team knowledge on cloud solutions.
• Work closely with stakeholders to align cloud strategies with business objectives.
• Monitor and troubleshoot cloud systems to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Drive innovation by exploring new cloud technologies and solutions. Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Over 10 years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM experience.
• 5 years of experience with Power Pages, Power Platform and Azure Integration Services.
• Experience in Supply Chain Management and Consumer Goods is advantageous.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Show proficiency in designing scalable and secure cloud architecture.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
