The internship program provides the university student with an opportunity to develop professional skills, gain practical knowledge and experience working life at a global risk consultancy. The intern will specifically help the editors with various administrative tasks to ensure a smooth workflow, including accurate record-keeping, publication and constantly monitoring whether there is any outdated content in country backgrounds and scenarios regardless of the publication calendar, as well as proofreading and ensuring that all visual and written work for clients is timely, accurate, well produced and well presented. They will also be tasked with updating and monitoring the Global Risk Analysis (GRA) publication tracker, taking note of any joint updates the Americas team was not informed of to maintain consistency for financial purposes, in addition to keeping track of whether scheduled texts have been delivered and storing them in the correct folders.
The successful candidate will support the editorial team with accurately registering, monitoring, proofreading and publishing texts for Control Risks’ analysis of political, security, operational, integrity and social risks in the Americas.
