Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough evaluations to identify speech and language disorders in clients of all ages.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and client needs.
  • Provide therapy sessions that incorporate evidence-based practices to facilitate communication improvements.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, as well as clients and families, to support therapy goals.
  • Track client progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary for optimal results.
  • Offer education and resources to clients and families to promote effective communication at home.
  • Engage in continued professional development to remain current with the latest clinical practices.

Requirements

  • A recognized degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent qualification.
  • Prior experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist with a focus on client-centered care.
  • Fluency in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep understanding of speech and language disorders along with appropriate therapeutic techniques.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Willingness to relocate to Ireland and immerse yourself in a new culture.
  • Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and documentation tools is a plus.
  • Valid licenses or certifications to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist within Ireland.
