This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of Updox. We are currently looking for an EverCommerce - Data Product Manager in Colorado.
This role is pivotal in leading the strategy and delivery of enterprise-level reporting that drives strategic decision-making across the organization. You will own the roadmap for executive-facing reporting products, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business priorities. Working closely with cross-functional teams including finance, operations, and data engineering, you will champion KPI stewardship and foster strong relationships with senior stakeholders. The position offers an opportunity to influence business insights and optimize reporting processes in a dynamic, remote-friendly environment.
Accountabilities:
- Define and manage the strategic roadmap for enterprise reporting tools focused on usability and executive alignment.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for core business KPIs, ensuring consistent definitions and documentation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with analytics, finance, and data teams to deliver timely and accurate quarterly and monthly reports.
- Act as the primary liaison for senior leadership regarding reporting needs, data interpretation, and prioritization.
- Oversee quality assurance and governance of executive reporting assets to maintain data integrity.
- Identify and implement improvements in data availability, reporting workflows, and visualization tools across the business portfolio.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management, data analytics, or business intelligence within enterprise or multi-brand environments.
- Proven track record leading cross-functional data initiatives with executive visibility.
- Strong understanding of business KPIs, financial metrics, and operational reporting.
- Excellent project management skills with experience in roadmap development and stakeholder management.
- Exceptional communication skills, able to simplify complex data concepts for senior audiences.
- Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), data platforms (Snowflake, dbt), and cloud services (AWS, GCP) is a plus.
- Experience in the payments domain and knowledge of compliance requirements is highly desirable.
- Must be eligible to work without sponsorship; ability to travel up to 4 times per year.
