As Field CTO, you’ll serve as a trusted technical and strategic leader in enterprise conversations, guiding prospects and customers through their automation and AI adoption journey. You will partner closely with sales teams, product leaders, and executives to influence deal outcomes, shape product strategy, and deliver a compelling vision for the future of agentic AI. This highly visible role demands a mix of technical depth, business acumen, and storytelling ability to establish credibility with C-level decision-makers. You will travel frequently to meet clients and represent the company at industry events, acting as both evangelist and trusted advisor in a fast-evolving market.
Accountabilities:
- Partner with sales teams as a technical executive to drive adoption, validate architectures, and close strategic deals.
- Serve as the go-to advisor for CIOs and CTOs, addressing concerns around scalability, security, and enterprise-readiness.
- Lead executive-level conversations, roundtables, and public engagements to position the platform as a leader in AI and automation.
- Translate field insights into actionable product feedback by collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Go-To-Market teams.
- Guide the roadmap by identifying innovation gaps and market opportunities based on client engagements.
- Act as an executive sponsor for key accounts post-sale to ensure ongoing success, retention, and expansion.
- Track industry trends, emerging competitors, and customer expectations to influence positioning and competitive strategy.
- Regular travel (up to 50%) to meet with enterprise prospects, customers, and industry partners.
Requirements
- Proven experience engaging with enterprise clients at an executive level, particularly in automation, AI, or SaaS platforms.
- Expertise in designing and presenting reference architectures for Fortune 500 environments.
- Strong public speaking and storytelling skills; experience hosting executive roundtables or speaking at major industry events.
- Deep understanding of integration platforms, low-code tools, and enterprise IT landscapes.
- Fluency with modern AI tools, including prompt engineering and enterprise AI customization.
- Ability to influence product strategy through structured feedback from the field.
- Strategic mindset, with the ability to simplify complexity and paint a clear vision of future-state solutions.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional teams with a collaborative and innovative culture.
