Join a dynamic environment where your financial expertise will drive major reporting and planning operations for a global sports and live events program. As the Finance Director, Reporting, you’ll lead a high-performing finance team supporting large-scale initiatives including the FIFA World Cup 2026™. You'll be responsible for managing consolidated reporting, forecasting, and analytics, ensuring the business has clear financial insights and leadership decision-making support. This is an opportunity to work cross-functionally across time zones and with industry leaders in an evolving and high-impact space.

Accountabilities:

  • Serve as the lead finance contact for all consolidated reporting within the FIFA division.
  • Manage and mentor finance team members, including systems and reporting managers.
  • Deliver robust financial reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, including KPI tracking and sales performance.
  • Create reporting deliverables for internal and external stakeholders, including executive dashboards and business review documents.
  • Lead the adoption and management of internal systems and BI tools to meet cross-functional reporting needs.
  • Oversee administration of financial systems and assist with forecasting (annual, quarterly, and monthly).
  • Collaborate with commercial strategy, ticket operations, sales, and technology teams for effective data management.
  • Support other finance leads in budget analysis, variance tracking, and multi-year financial planning.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in finance and financial reporting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA or MBA is a plus.
  • Previous experience in the Live Events or Hospitality industry is strongly preferred.
  • Strong leadership capabilities and the ability to manage teams effectively.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and BI tools; experience in financial systems and data governance.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and time zones.
  • Proactive mindset with high adaptability and a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
