💡 Your Mission: Build up the Finance Function at voize

As our first Finance Manager, you'll be at the heart of shaping our financial strategy and operations. You'll own the buildout of a scalable finance infrastructure, helping steer the company through growth and complexity with clarity, precision, and data-driven insight. This role has a clear path towards Head of Finance.

🚀 Your Daily Business - No two days are alike

• Build up Finance and Accounting Infrastructure from scratch

• Design and implement scalable, efficient processes with automation at the core

• Introduce, manage, and continuously optimise our finance tool stack

• Enable a data-driven organisation by delivering actionable financial insights

• Collaborate with the Leadership Team on our annual planning and the financial model

• Prepare and present monthly and quarterly financial reports to senior leadership and the board

• Own accounting, invoicing, cash collection, and financial compliance

• Support fundraising activities, including investor reporting and due diligence

🤝 Your Skillset - What you bring to the table

• Proven experience in a similar finance role at a fast-growing B2B SaaS startup

• Familiarity with managing Finance and Compliance for a US-based entity (a strong plus)

• You’re a self-starter: proactive, adaptable, and hands-on in fast-paced environments

• Solid experience with GenAI tools and finance process automation

• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate financial data into strategic insight

• Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Leadership teams

• Your speak fluent German (B2) minimum
