Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer support to Finnish-speaking clients through multiple channels like phone, email, and chat.
- Assist passengers with various inquiries including flight bookings, cancellations, and changes.
- Efficiently resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and care.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline services, policies, and industry developments to offer accurate information.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Engage in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service delivery.
Requirements
- Fluency in Finnish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in customer service, ideally within the airline or travel sector.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on resolving issues efficiently.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with customer service software and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities.
