  • Effectively resolve customer complaints, ensuring a positive experience and fostering customer loyalty.

  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to identify upselling opportunities and enhance overall customer engagement.
  • Stay informed on new products and industry trends to provide the best support possible.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and verbal.
  • Relevant experience in customer service or customer success roles is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to customer issues.
  • Highly organized with great attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and standard office tools.
