Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for Finnish-speaking customers, providing exceptional support through phone, email, and chat.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner, offering expert guidance on our products and services.
- Establish strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and help them maximize the benefits of our solutions.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints, ensuring a positive experience and fostering customer loyalty.
- Document interactions and feedback in the CRM system to support ongoing improvements and follow-ups.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to identify upselling opportunities and enhance overall customer engagement.
- Stay informed on new products and industry trends to provide the best support possible.
Requirements
- Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and verbal.
- Relevant experience in customer service or customer success roles is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to customer issues.
- Highly organized with great attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM software and standard office tools.
