Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support to Finnish-speaking clients regarding online travel bookings through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to itineraries, booking modifications, and travel policies.
- Effectively resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure a smooth travel experience.
- Document customer interactions accurately and follow up on outstanding issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve overall service efficiency.
- Stay updated on travel regulations, offers, and best practices to provide accurate assistance to clients.
- Gather customer feedback to support the ongoing enhancement of services offered.
Requirements
- Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or hospitality sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work confidently under pressure.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and standard office applications.
- Detail-oriented with effective time management skills.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
