Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support to Finnish-speaking clients through social media platforms, handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist customers with questions about product features, account management, and user experience on social media applications.
- Monitor social media channels for customer feedback and engage with users to enhance their experience.
- Document customer interactions accurately and track issues to ensure proper follow-up.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to address customer needs and report on social media trends.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform updates, and policies to provide knowledgeable assistance.
- Gather feedback from customers to support improvements in service quality and product features.
Requirements
- Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer support, preferably in social media or digital communication.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their functionalities.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on providing a positive customer experience.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
- Proficient in using social media management tools and CRM systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when necessary.
