As a vital member of our customer service team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our Finnish-speaking customers receive top-level support and assistance when using our marketplace.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for Finnish-speaking customers, providing exceptional service through phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers in navigating the marketplace, answering inquiries related to products, pricing, and order management.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and queries, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions thoroughly in our CRM system for accurate tracking and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to share customer feedback and drive service enhancements.
- Stay informed about marketplace updates, promotions, and new products to provide customers with accurate information.
- Participate in team meetings and training, contributing to a positive and supportive team environment.
Requirements
- Fluency in Finnish and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in customer service or similar roles is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Proficient in CRM software and comfortable with digital communication platforms.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive self-starter capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
