Responsibilities
- Provide top-quality support to Finnish-speaking users through various channels, including email, live chat, and phone, resolving their inquiries and issues related to the platform.
- Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve technical problems associated with user accounts and platform functionalities.
- Guide users in effectively navigating the platform and utilizing its features to enhance their experience.
- Document all user interactions and resolutions in our CRM system to maintain service quality.
- Work collaboratively with other teams to identify common problems and recommend improvements for user experience.
- Keep abreast of platform updates and feature changes to provide accurate and relevant support.
- Follow up with users to ensure their concerns have been addressed and satisfaction achieved.
Requirements
- Fluent in Finnish and English, both spoken and written.
- Experience in customer service or technical support, especially in online environments.
- Strong understanding of online platforms and their associated functions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to customer inquiries.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a busy environment.
