Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive front office technical support to Flemish-speaking customers via various communication channels including telephone, email, and chat.
  • Efficiently diagnose and resolve technical issues to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and technical inquiries.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Flemish (both spoken and written) is essential.
  • A solid technical background alongside strong problem-solving skills is required.
  • Previous experience in front office support or technical assistance is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities are a fundamental requirement.
  • Demonstrated ability to function effectively within a hybrid working environment, managing time and responsibilities efficiently.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and technical troubleshooting tools would be advantageous.
